The story of Saint Patrick is one of extraordinary courage and mercy.
Originally from Britain, Patrick was kidnapped by pirates and enslaved in Ireland. During those painful years, he turned deeply toward Christ. After escaping and returning home, he eventually chose to go back—not in anger, but in mission.
The very land where he had suffered became the soil where his love for Christ flourished. Through perseverance and forgiveness, many converted, and Ireland was transformed.
This tea reflects that same strength—bold, steady, and awakening.
Our Irish Breakfast Tea is a traditional combination of hearty black teas from:
Ceylon (Sri Lanka) – bright and citrusy
Assam (India) – malty, deep, and robust
Together, they create a rich, brisk cup with:
Spicy, jammy aroma on the leaf
Deep malty body
A bright, lively (“buzzy”) mouthfeel
Rounded sweetness on the finish
This is a tea meant to carry you through the morning—strong enough to stand on its own, yet smooth enough to enjoy with a splash of milk.
Irish Breakfast has been temporarily blended with a slightly more robust Ceylon for added depth.
